BUYING BODY JEWELLERY AS A GIFT: GUIDE & FAQ

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

1. Type of piercing (e.g. lip, brow, belly)
2. Size of jewellery worn (gauge and diameter/length)
3. Materials preferred

Due to health restrictions we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on piercing jewellery.
However, if you're not sure about the size or design of the item you can ask for a special seal packet. If the seal remains unbroken, the item can be exchanged or returned within 28 days since purchase (all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt).

MATERIALS:
We stock jewellery in a wide range of materials. Most of the people wear surgical steel without any complications (unless there are specific allergies). Titanium or PTFE are recommended in case of metal hypersensitivity. Full information on materials we use can be found on our "Materials" page.

HOW TO MEASURE THE JEWELLERY:

Gauge – G - refers to the thickness of the jewellery.
Length – L – refers to the inside length between the balls for barbells / straight bars.
